The following general rules apply when placing bets on crikex:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless crikex decides otherwise under special circumstances.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will not be considered a valid bet.
• Odds in live betting can change quickly — the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If an event does not take place or is abandoned, the bet will be cancelled and the original stake will be refunded.
• In a multi-bet, if any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

7.1 Betting Limits

crikex sets minimum and maximum bet limits for various events and markets. These limits are subject to change and may vary across different events.

7.2 Settlement of Results

The results of all sports events are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. In disputed cases, crikex's decision is final.

crikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• Fraud or money laundering is suspected.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. All ongoing bets and pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Account information being compromised due to a user's own negligence.
